E4SPORT 2.0 Training Course is based on the themes of the methodology of non-formal education and the empowerment methodology in sports entrepreneurship applied and validated in the design Entrepreneurship4Sport (e4sport). Aims:

1. Promote the  young people  training in entrepreneurial practice;

​

2. To promote training for intercultural dialog, active citizenship and social inclusion;

​

3. Promote the skills development  and cultural and social in young people to allow them to participate in educational contexts and multicultural professionals in the future;

 

4. Promote the learning adequacy for young people with labor market real needs;

 

5. Promote the new businesses/projects creation with impact on young employability ;

 

6. Promote the youth workers training  while actors for intervention and change in the objectives achievement of Europe 2020;

 

7. Promote discussion and sharing ideas, experiences and experiences between youth workers from different countries (Spain and Portugal);

 

8. Promote the culture development of efficiency, quality and responsibility in the sports area;

 

9. Promoting equity and social inclusion through the participation of young people with fewer opportunities;

 

10. Promote the non-formal education as a education/training young methodology and the Youthpass as recognition and validation of competences.
